- Designed and manufactured sheet metal container for occupant drinking water, modelled in SolidWorks using sheet metal features, and ensured the container integrated in the overall assembly- Manufacturing using a waterject cutter and riveted the sheet metal panels using a rivet gun- Manufactured wheel fairing latches: 3D printed parts, added heat-set inserts, and glued to car body using panel adhesive- Designed lightweight struts to prop open topshell of the vehicle- Designed and manufactured a mock chassis to test occupant space of the vehicle, manufactured using a band-saw, circular saw, hand drill, and waterjet cutter

- Designed spinning seal test rig for testing lip seal performance at maintaining internal pressures and analysing seal temperatures- Created fabrication drawings of numerous custom-machined parts- Designed and constructed a spray nozzle test rig with an actuation system for an optical detector to measure droplet sizes and dispersion- Machined custom flanges, mounting plates, moulds and other components on a CNC router- Created piping system CAD model, and line and valve lists from P&IDs - Glued PVC piping, cut unistrut and other on horizontal band-saw, assembled Swagelock piping systems, designed and assembeled NPT piping systems- Pressure and leak tested during the commissioning of a new pilot plant - Led hearing conservation study, collected noise level measurements emitted from machine shop, and all operating pilot plants
