Executive Assistant
Current*HR Management- Plan and follow up the SPAs calendar, review & Update SPA templates- Update Employee, Leaves Module in Odoo/Excel & Make review & Updates the Excel file- Assist on Finances/CRM modules in Odoo- Assist in the insertion of newbies within the Organization- Plan & Provide On-boarding sessions (Tools Presentation, Savics Presentation)- Collect information on the Legal, Tax, Average salary and Cost of Living of the country of our Staff - Inform the System Admin on the new hiree (contact details, name, position, contract) for access creation- Support the PCL in bringing ideas/improvements related to HR Management (SavicsLand, Manifesto)- Create and Host Jadamate Awards every Quarter as well as SFG*Recruitment- Plan & Manage the HR recruitment process and report to Odoo- Build job description, candidates test (if requested), and manage publication on job websites- Hunt for talent and experienced professional that can bring an added value to the Organization- Get in touch with potential resources provider- Collect, screen, and reply to all candidates’ application*Administration & Council - Provide high-quality administrative and clerical assistance on time for administrative purposes (reports for the Monthly, contracts, letters, create templates)- Plan Organizational events (Monthly meetings, ad hoc meetings, etc.) - To transfer- Review and recommend changes to our company policies/structure- Manage all the requests submitted to the Council by assigning a committee to study the request- Call the General Council Assembly bi-yearly on Organization vision and strategy *Sales & Public Relation- Follow up all Cameroon sales activities with close collaboration with Sales & Project Department- Organize and carry out external calls and Meetings- Coordinate Business provider activities in Cameroon- Track and Report opportunities/Threats of Cameroon Market
