CurrentLeading a team and building it from the ground up and evolving the team to the company needs over the years. Coordinating with other team, set priorities, striving for product delivery perfection to our customer.I've never been challenge this much in my life, management and leadership skills shouldn't be taken lightly. I think the key to succeed in this type of field is to-Slowly thread(baby steps) and make sure that knowledge is propagated from most experience to least experienced team member. -No Micromanaging It's toxic for building trust, let things go and adjust overtime.-Give credit to your team, take blame for the team.-Be transparent, don't let something brew for a long time if there's irritants, especially with new recruit.-And most importantly, befriend and take care of your little soldiers (Team Building).It's the best cocktail for a successful team.
