With over 20 years of experience in the capital market, I am a seasoned IT executive who leads the IT division responsible for OTC platforms, insurance platform, and data analytics at B3, the Brazilian stock exchange and one of the largest market infrastructure providers in the world. I hold an advanced executive certificate in management, innovation, and technology from MIT Sloan School of Management, as well as a post degree in business administration and management from Fundação Dom Cabral, one of the best business schools in Latin America.My mission is to drive IT innovation and transformation in the capital market, using the latest technologies and methodologies to deliver high performance, mission critical, and low latency solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our clients and stakeholders. I have successfully led and contributed to several strategic projects, such as the development of blockchain initiatives and faster payments, the transformation of the CSD platform, the integration of the clearinghouse and the risk platform, and the unification of the derivatives and equities trading systems. I have also built and managed high performance teams that are inspired by our challenges and passion, and that work in partnership with business teams and vendors.
