- Considered the company's most complex operation delivering the largest volume of beer, currently structured for 6MMHL of sales and production volume per year, we were able to implement a robust Factory Planning strategy ensuring high adherence to the S&OP plan for delivery of the production volume and a Warehouse with a very efficient layout, being able to deliver our customer's product, within safety, quality, cost and expected TRT, managing to be a reference in OPCO Brazil;- In a giant operation of 190 people, we delivered a climate survey of the last 3 years with the result of the best area of the factory, being a great recognition of the Warehouse team's evolution journey, recruiting the best people, and training the entire team. In the last 3 years, our logistics interns were the best in the factory from the program, guaranteeing a high-level pipeline. Regarding diversity, we were pioneers in hiring disabled people and women in the forklift operation, we structured a new leadership within the SWFP design, and we prioritized forklift operators, ensuring the evolution of safety and performance of our Logistics team;- The Layout being implemented from scratch, guarantees safety and benchmark in many aspects, applying Logistics Engineering, meeting all regional and global Heineken standards, drastically reducing occurrences and reaching, for example, more than 1 year without occurrences in lashing, critical area of the operation; - The achievement of implementation from zero of the Warehouse & Transportation pillar, was a great trophy and they are supporting the business sustainability, and directing the result to Bronze level according to the factory's journey;- We apply cost management, being able to operate within the objective, even in the face of the complexity of the external warehouse, bringing pressure mainly to cost.

- After Greenfield's delivery of a new Brewery, I took on responsibility for the operation;- Contracted the entire operation, training plan, transport, and warehouse planning, up to the start-up;- Methodology’s implementation to guarantee factory sustainability;- Project to launch new SKUs innovations.

- As a result from the Engineering's degree combined with experience with logistics, this post delivered from scope definition, validation, monitoring, implementation, operation and delivery, running projects for all factories and CDAs (primary and secondary);- Projects: Brewery's Greenfield (National and International), new CDAs, Expansion, and Maintenance of Operations;

- Through a large Logistics Successors program, training 20 people for Brazil, I took over a warehouse operation in a large factory of 1MMHL month;- Operational highlight in the logistics team, being among the best operations;- Evolution of the Management system, Recognition and training program for talents exported to other factories;

- Main responsibility was to ensure inputs availability, cost and logistics in more than 40 factories to comply with the Production Plan. Reporting directly to Director and VP of Operations;- Define the scope of each Input through contract negotiations, always delivering the best cost and service quality of the input;- Plan the Transport Logistics Network, to ensure delivery to the factories, respecting the variation in the S&OP's production volume;- Benchmark with the global, ensuring the best strategy and deployment of best practices.
