Position held during my specialised master. I reported directly to the Director of Haute Joaillerie and was in charge of various projects within his teams.- Implementation of managing tools for the "Technical Expertise" group (load-capacity tool for the evaluation of long-term resources requirements and definition of "product complexity/know-how" matrix.- Standardization of the transport packaging to ensure the quality of the products (1-year project)- Creation of methodological tools to analyze customer and in-house teams’ feedbacks

- Portfolio Managemento Follow-up the manufacturing of full flight simulators (8 months on average) for the Civil Aviation Division (Airbus A320, A380, Boeing 737, B787), 26 simulators per year.- Managemento Risk analysis, implementation of mitigation plans if required and status reviews for upper management. Point of contact between the different teams of the engineering, purchasing and Production- Inventory Management: o Responsible for the financial milestones of the projects and verification of the application of the "best practices" of the industry to optimize our stocks.

- Follow-up the last manufacturing phase and the delivery of the full fligh simulators (65 simulators delivered p. year)- Organization of weekly report status meetings to coordinate information between project managers and planning/purchasing/engineering groups- Weekly status reviews with upper management- Key User for the IT systems for manufacturing teams

o Responsible for the preparation of weekly inventory reports for supply chain managerso Analysis of inventory reports: optimization of turnover stocks, revision or implementation of Economic Order Quantities, batch sizes.o Participation in projects to reduce inventory costs (manufacturing, purchasing)
