Responsibilities Included: • Attracted, engaged, and hired talent throughout Allscripts for the following teams/departments: Security Engineers, Systems Engineers, Software Engineers, Network Engineers, CarePort Health (Boston-based start up company), Sales, NA Internship Program, and NA New Graduate Program • Managed a high volume req load of 30+ openings with an average time to fill, 34.72 days. • Partnered with hiring managers to understand requirements, developed recruitment strategies, consulted on compensation recommendations, and presented/negotiated offers throughout the recruitment process. • Built a pipeline of top talent while driving and promoting D&I initiatives. • Achieved the highest rating on the Q1 CY20 hiring manager satisfaction survey for the entire TA team with an overall score of 4.6 (scale of 1-5, 5 being the highest) with a response rate of 71%. • Created and implemented a global “Hiring Manager Best Practices” live training for 500+ leaders covering these topics: the hiring process from start to finish, impacts of social media and company reviews, legal implications in hiring, the importance of DE&I, and how to ensure the best candidate experience • Collaborated with HR Business Partners on offers to ensure internal equity was top of mind• Created ad-hoc hiring reports for leaders
