Elementary School Teacher Teach For America is a bold and diverse movement of changemakers who confront educational inequity by teaching for at least two years and then working with unwavering commitment in every sector of society to create a nation free from this injustice.

- Managed the execution of the Experiential Learning and Social Justice (ELSJ) core requirement for hundreds of students each quarter- Developed formation and reflection sessions to aid students in identifying integral connections between course content and community context- Created promotional strategies and communication efforts for leadership programs, events, and processes- Designed weekly newsletters and flyers for upcoming events and partnerships with community leaders

Participatory action research (PAR) on student activism and radical healing in collaboration with a team of researchers in the Ethnic Studies and Women's and Gender Studies Departments.

- Chair of the Inclusive Excellence Student Advisory Council- Works closely with administrators to improve the experiences of BIPOC students on campus. - Coordinates quarterly forums where students can inform the administration of their questions and concerns.

- Lead and plan all SAAC meetings. - Represent student-athletes at required meetings, events, and gatherings. - Represent the student-athletes at all Athletic Advisory Board (AAB) Meetings. - Stay educated on NCAA, WCC, and SCU SAAC priorities and initiatives. - Be the primary liaison to SAAC Administrator(s) and SCU Athletics Senior Administration. - Oversee execution of SAAC events. - Planned a virtual "Gala Latina" to fundraise for the club and engage alumni members- Developed a quarterly newsletter to send to club alumni- Began establishing a mentorship program to connect current undergraduate Latinx students to past Latinx Broncos to build a strong club network that lasts beyond graduation

- Developed weekly seasonal recipes- Took photos and videos of the recipes for distribution to The Forge Garden Website, social media, Bronco Pantry, and Resiliency Boxes- Create additional educational materials for students visiting the Bronco Pantry
