Main responsibilities and initiatives:● Improving management process, by introducing key tools for product and projectmanagement, such as JIRA and Confluence, introducing the notion of release management,Use Cases● Codebase convergence initiative (single codebase for the company’s products)● Improving development process, by introducing key tools and techniques starting fromversion control system (SVN) and IDE to automated builds and continuous integration(using Atlassian Bamboo)● Improving architecture of the existing products and architectural supervision of newdevelopment● Hands-on development of key features of Signature System and supplementaryproducts● Integration with external systems● Toolsmith activities, such as writing deployment scripts and plugins for Atlassianproducts● Mentorship of less experienced developers● Managing and monitoring the development process● Planning and managing the full product cycle
