I am in Search of Innovative Projects, both in the Technological, Strategic or Social way. I am putting all my EXECUTIVE and ACADEMIC Background to support Winning Projects. And it's not a small baggage!I started 2023 on Full Throttle , in a way that I could never imagine to be. And I've never been so motivated. Right now, I am engaged in almost 10 projects, including a Volunteer job in an NGO and the Professional Master's. And I want more! It seems that the more we get involved, the more we can produce. How is this possible? We are in the Age of MULTI-WORK, and I am trying to learn from this Situation, to get the most out of it, and help others.To be able to endure so much work, it is necessary: Objectivity, Short Meetings (and only when needed), integrated Omni-Agenda (I have to negotiate with myself so much project going on at the same time). Have a specific plan for each project, and a Master Plan. It just makes sense so many Projects if there is a Strategic connection between them - a PURPOSE.But how did that boy who dreamed of becoming an engineer end up here? First, I went after it and fought for my goals. There is no free lunch! I graduated in Engineering (USP), I did a postgraduation in Marketing (ESPM), another post in Controllership (FGV), Empretec (SEBRAE) and an MBA in Technology Management (FGV + Univ. California). Since 2021, I started a new journey in the Professional Master in Entrepreneurship, at FEA / USP.Meanwhile, I was Marketing and Sales Executive at several multi-nationals. Had my first business between 2002 and 2008. I returned to the market, now as a Consultant of Companies, another 10 years. And since 2018 I have "surfed" the Ecosystem of Innovation, working with some own businesses and supporting investments in Startup projects. I worked for Brazilian companies, as well as American, English, Dutch, Spanish and Indian ones. A real "cultural soup"!The Biggest Project, however, I have no doubts: it is to pass on to my Children the Values and the Will to Learn, and to make our Dreams come True. It doesn't seem like it, but I think I'm just getting started. What about you? Does it make any sense to you?
