I designed and coordinated the implementation and logistics of an academic and discipleship program that took gap year high school students through a rigorous Christian curriculum in an effort for them to better know God, while taking them on discipleship adventures around Colorado as they experienced God. We grew the program more than 50% in my time there, and saw a faith retention of 100% in interviewed students.
