With more than 15 years of experience in the Operation and Production Management field, I have acquired knowledge and experience in many disciplines, such as staff management, project management, research and development, purchasing, logistics, process optimization, production planning and LMS & ERP system implementation. This diverse experience combined with a Bachelor’s Degree in Operation & Production Management and APICS CPIM program studies solidified my drive for success in the production planning and ERP implementation fields.Results-oriented and able to work well under pressure, I have developed excellent time and priority management skills. I am fluently bilingual in French and English, and a strong communicator, both verbally and in writing.Over the past few years, I have worked on different phases of a SAP Implementation as a Demand Planning Super User and, most recently, as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Production Planning. By occupying these two roles, I had the opportunity to step back from daily operations to understand the company processes and see the industry best practices based on the company business model. Such experience did help me broaden my horizon concerning how business can be done, not only based on current internal methods but also with the industry best practices.I have developed an expertise in SAP APO (including APO PP/DS, APO GATP and APO Demand Planning). As well, I am proficient with SAP BW (including BEX Reporting) and SAP ECC. Needless to say, with such vast undertakings, as part of the implementation team, I have faced many challenges, but each was a great learning experience for me. As an example, while looking to implement the industry best practices, I had to challenge the business on several existing processes. To do so, I had to present alternatives in order to initiate discussions and brainstorm on the best applicable solution for the company, even if it requires some change management to benefit to the company.
