• Served as a subject-matter expert on grant and contract administration and non-profit management by providing consulting services for member non-profits on operational efficiencies, budget planning, financial management, internal controls including preparing for a finding free audit., compliance, and human resources. • Initiated a partnership with ClickTime, an online timesheet provider, to offer a seamless process for member programs to improve timesheet compliance by adopting the ClickTime system. The project yielded over 50% adoption by member programs in six months. The initiative was replicated at a national level for victim service agencies. • Successfully implemented year-over-year increase of Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) funding from $6M to $50M in three years while maintaining a lapse percentage under 0.5%. This increase is the equivalent of a nominal grant to the size of funding received by the entire State of New Jersey. Achieved by creating and overseeing the strategy to reduce and increase contract awards for member non-profits to ensure utilization of annual funds while maintaining positive member relationships. Conducted standard grant administration requirements, such as, application reviews, monitoring, etc.
