As the Alumni Program Manager, I work to increase alumni engagement across eight programs through marketing campaigns, event management, and content development.

As the Career and Alumni Program Coordinator oversaw managed the Kauffman Scholars Alumni Leadership Council (KSALC) and the Career Development Series (CDS). I was responsible for assisting with implementation of strategic outreach and marketing to scholar(s)/alumni. This role empowered scholars to successfully transition from scholar to alumni; increased.

As a member of the community engagement team I planned and executed community donation programs; such as volunteer opportunities, donation drives, and in-kind giving. In this role I acted as an agency primary point-of-contact for community involvement and was able to nurture over 65 partnerships in order to increase donated materials by 75%.

In this role my primary responsibilities were to assist applicants and families in their welcome to UMKC, adhere to all student and family concerns. I also connecting prospective students to the appropriate resources to navigate life at UMKC. I ensured that every inquiring student had support and completed their checklist for admission into the University.
