I am the first hire in our LATAM Customer Success team and I work with cross-functional partners to ensure our clients in LATAM receive the same level of impeccable service as we provide in the rest of the world.I have presented at Dreamforce, Frontiers, World Tour NY, Trailblazer DX, and other Salesforce/Slack customer events. I am also the Communications Chair for the NYC hub of Salesforce's LGBT+ ERG, Outforce.

Persado uses AI/NLP to optimize digital marketing content across every marketing channel to drive improvements in brand engagement and revenue performance. I managed some of our largest accounts on the West Coast and was responsible for usage, renewals, and upsells. I worked with cross-functional teams to ensure our clients received the maximum value from Persado and achieved successful outcomes. I was also the founder and lead for our LGBT+ ERG, Pridesado.

Quid is an AI-powered market research and human intelligence platform. Quid uses natural language processing (NLP), big data, semantic analysis, and network theory to read and understand text at scale to transform text-based information into actionable insights.I led our Consulting Services for key accounts. My team and I used Quid software to help organizations answer their toughest questions related to corporate strategy, M&A, marketing, risk, GTM, and HR/diversity & inclusion.I was also the head of our Diversity & Inclusion Committee and the head/founder of our Corporate Ethics Committee.
