Following safety guidelines this job included the use of zip lines, ropes courses, climbing walls, archery, night hikes, and other outdoor camp-like activities. Each station that was being ran was done with proper protocol and was necessary to get those points clearly across to the visiting members. Our job was not limited to only guiding members but also required us to monitor free times with campers, stage set up and tear down, and many other miscellaneous tasks. Teamwork and team building were the main two skills that were being exercised daily.

I worked in a team environment making sure every member was satisfied. In order to do so, walking around the pool deck and inside the LifeCafe for extended periods of time was necessary. Each meal, drink, and service was made sure to be done with the highest quality.

This job required full safety protocols and supervision for young athletes and their accompanying parties. A full warm ups were administered as well as a full walk through of the equipment and their rules and regulations. Being funny and enthusiastic was a necessary part of the job as well as being able to organize and gain respect of the parties.
