Als Process Designer ben ik verantwoordelijk geweest voor de procesbeschrijving van het project Local Access & Identity Management (LIAM). De Vodafone Groep heeft wereldwijd een standaard gedefinieerd voor access- en identitymanagement. Bij VodafoneZiggo zijn er extra requirements gedefinieerd voor een lokale werkwijze met betrekking tot IAM. Voor dit project zijn de procesbeschrijvingen uit de groep aangepast naar de nieuwe processen op lokaal niveau.
