In May 2016, I was provided with an opportunity to assume the role of IT Infrastructure Administrator within Rapid Global. Working in a small, yet highly effective IT Team saw the start of my career in the field of Information Technology and Systems Administration. In addition to the operational duties that come with the role of my role, I have had the opportunity to spearhead numerous business projects to introduce cost and time efficiencies. Specifically, I lead a project in 2018 to migrate the company from an open-source, self-hosted CRM System to a world class, internationally recognised CRM platform.I obtain a great sense of fulfillment from my role balancing the day-to-day operational duties with business project work. Seeing technology create positive outcomes for the business, its individual employees and customer base is one of the most rewarding aspects of my professional life.As the IT Infrastructure Administrator, my role includes:- Maintaining IT records- Managing internal Procurement Processes - Creating and implementing new Quality Assurance Processes- Managing Active Directory - Microsoft Exchange Management- Disaster Recovery systems testing- Deployment of new Computer Systems- Windows Server Administration- Network Maintenance Activities- Management of the business systems, including CRM- JIRA and Confluence Administration

As a Project Co-ordinator, I worked alongside a medium sized team of Project Co-Ordinators, working with new clients to implement Visitor/Site Attendance software. I was the primary point of contact throughout the the implementation phase, however I also provided ongoing support to clients post-implementation. As a Project Co-ordinator, I also provided customer-focused technical support to external customers. Examples of this type of support include receiving incoming requests for Windows/iOS related support.My greatest reward of this position was being provided with the opportunity to build and strengthen relationships with both new and exisiting clients.My role as a Project Co-ordinator included:- Setting realistic, achievable project objectives- Ensuring project deadlines are met- Executing the project according to the project plan- Using I.T. systems to document and communicate project progress to stakeholders
