Selected Project Experience:Working for a large Public Sector Client on a large IT project, my tasks were focused on the following:-Identifying business drivers and requirements relating to the project;-Cross-referenced multiple sources of data to identify opportunities or erroneous/outdated data;-Creating models and forecasting tools;-Capturing and maintaining large amounts of data;-Developing procedures and workflows;-Creating various VBA macros to great effect, improving workflows for the team and other stakeholders;-Prioritizing activities according to their business impacts;-Translating data into meaningful reports for Senior Management, fueling the right strategic decisions;-Forecasting Transformation Plan outcome;-Tracking progress and performance across multiple metrics;-Creating organizational processes aligned with the IT service management tools available.-Meeting with stakeholders to reduce bottlenecks in the overall process;-Chairing large weekly Working Group.
