As a sales associate at Bristlecone it is my job to provide excellent customer service and drive sales. I frequently utilize my passion and personal experience in the outdoors to recommend product to customers. My passion for the outdoors and outdoor products helps me apply a share-the-stoke mentally to create valuable customer relationships. Aside from on the floor sales, I assist in inventory management utilizing Microsoft Excel and our store’s inventory management system to receive and integrate new products from manufacturers.

I played goalkeeper for the University of Vermont Men's Soccer team. At the Division I level I got to play against the highest quality teams in the nation, my team qualified twice for the NCAA tournament. This gave me great experience with teamwork, time management, and performing in stressful and demanding environments.

I was the head goalkeeper coach at Farpost Youth Soccer Club and the assistant coach for the 2005 Boys team. I was responsible for organizing and running goalkeeper training for all the goalkeepers at the club.

I spent two summers as a sales associate at Middletown Cycling. I closed bike and merchandise sales, directed customer inquiries and manager the register. I was also responsible for building and repairing mountain and road bikes.
