- Year-long program at the Center for International Trade and Security designed to increase a student’s ability to understand, analyze, and create policy related to national security and the management of international conflict- Collect background and experience related to many security issues with a focus on energy security and tension in the South China Sea and Taiwan Strait- Worked on practical policy research, writing, and analysis focusing on the areas above- Working on a research project/policy white paper investigating differences in how energy secure countries and energy insecure countries invest in clean energy

- Created custom integrations to connect various e-commerce APIs using PHP and AWS Steps- Scoped complete customer projects and provided time and cost estimates- Aided in training other interns and worked with documentation, QA, and debugging

I worked on research with Dr. Rong Luo, mostly in microeconomics. I used r to do data analysis of very large sets of consumer data looking for changes in spending patterns on the household level across different categories.
