I enjoy contributing to the environmental conversation, from broad policy implications to what agencies and businesses do with their infrastructure and resources. I appreciate dialog from a wide variety of viewpoints and welcome the challenge of identifying mutually agreeable solutions. I pursue a balanced approach to environmental review and regulatory permitting that seeks to identify ways to put a shovel in the ground quickly and cost-effectively while limiting environmental impacts. My project experience is wide-ranging and includes both large- and small-scale utilities, water resources, habitat restoration, commuter and regional rail, roads and bridges, bike paths, and regional parks. Projects that involve unique natural resources, and finding a way to preserve them while still attaining the project goals, are where my skills really shine.
