Head of Design in one of the biggest Commercial Real Estate Development Company in the region.Project: large-scale program (32 sites, 450k sqm of total GBA, 212k sqm of GLA) of Shopping malls construction throughout all Moscow.Achievements and functions as Head of Department:- Gathering and management of Design Review Department (40 directly subordinated employees – Architects, MEP, Structural, Interiors, BIM).- Establishing “Design Code/Project Book” and “Vendor list” as a part of unification program covering the entire project.- Management of subcontractors at all stages of design, including international (British, French) architects and consultants.- Implementation of BIM to all stages of design.- Issued Concept Design, Tender Documentation, State Expertise and Working (Detailed Design) Documentation for 32 projects, 25 of which are already built and being operated.- Establishing On-Site Quality Control procedure, management of Quality Control Team, issuing Punch list.- Member of Cost Control Team, including management of Cost Optimization Process to balance the impact of global cost increase and supply chains issues.- Negotiations with major suppliers (Hunter Douglas, Kone, Otis, Daikin, Boon Edam, Korf, Imola Ceramica and others).- Negotiations with core tenants (supermarkets, cinemas, F&B, sports) on technical terms of contract.
