Responsible for supporting Maximizer's Wealth Management SaaS CRM Product, Sales, and Marketing teams in the Americas and ANZ regions.As a Product Marketing Specialist, I: •Conducted customer development interviews and analyzed qualitative and quantitative customer data from usage logs, support calls, etc•Created training and sales enablement material, including internal decks, competitor battle cards, and fact sheets to support the sales team and increase win rates•Designed, implemented, and actively managed a social media plan that resulted in a 5% increase in Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)• Launched and managed the corporate blog and increased website traffic by 500% in 18 months.
