Select Software was sold to the Access Group, a Sunday Times Top 100 Company in 2010. I carried out a wide variety of roles including PA to the MD; managing administration staff; running payroll; invoicing and accounts; event planning; liaising with clients to coordinate installations and implementations of software; marketing; coordinating in house re-organisation and generally ensuring the smooth running of the office for all of my colleagues within this dynamic company.

I started working for Caffe UNO as an opening manager to train up new staff in the weeks leading up to the opening date. These restaurants included Stratford-upon-Avon; Bath; Birmingham; York and Canterbury. I was responsible for managing the staff; reporting figures to the area manager; ensuring weekly targets were met; weekly stock takes; cashing up; ordering of supplies and ensuring high levels of customer service. I stopped relocating and stayed on as Manager at the Canterbury Restaurant to focus on building a loyal local clientele for the business.
