About Alexander Hafez

Technologies that generate data — and platforms we use to store, retrieve, and manage such data — are constantly changing. Today’s dominant technologies aren’t necessarily going to be leaders tomorrow. I help clients navigate those changes, while delivering clear value — determined by price, efficiency, and results. Big or small, I give all my clients the same commitment to excellence. As a Solutions Architect working with the award winning Everlaw ediscovery platform, I’m responsible for providing technical support and subject matter expertise throughout the sales cycle. I love discussing elegant technology solutions and meeting others who also want to be a part of the cutting edge of our rapidly growing field.

Everlaw believes that legal teams deserve cutting-edge technology in their pursuit of justice. Our team of top Silicon Valley engineers is on a mission to replace antiquated, clunky, on-premises software with an integrated, elegant platform for litigating a case from discovery to the courtroom. Everlaw delivers a fresh experience through blink-speed search, an intuitive user interface, real-time collaboration, accessible predictive coding, and robust case narrative building tools. As Everlaw's first Solutions Architect, I manage our global team responsible for technical and advisory support for the full spectrum of pre sale activities. My team bridges the gap between our development, sales and marketing groups, working closely with stakeholders to align functionality and business requirements for our prospective clients. This can take any number of forms, from acting as a subject matter expert at demos and meetings with prospective clients, to tackling RFPs, security questionnaires and other technical documentation, to conducting both internal and client facing seminars and trainings on a variety of subjects. In addition, I provide cross-team support, including working with Everlaw's marketing group to prepare and deliver webinars, white papers, speaking engagements and other thought leadership activities. All of this amounts to me wearing a number of hats at any given time, but it is this variety in the work that I am able to perform, and the ability to learn from these experiences, that drives me at what I do.
