This can take any number of forms, from acting as a subject matter expert at demos and meetings with prospective clients, to tackling RFPs, security questionnaires and other technical documentation, to conducting both internal and client facing seminars and trainings on a variety of subjects. In addition, I provide cross-team support, including working with Everlaw's marketing group to prepare and deliver webinars, white papers, speaking engagements and other thought leadership activities. All of this amounts to me wearing a number of hats at any given time, but it is this variety in the work that I am able to perform, and the ability to learn from these experiences, that drives me at what I do.

Also manager on smaller productions for start-ups, entrepreneurs, and other small to mid-sized businesses. • Partner with Clients: respond promptly and thoroughly to all client communications via email and phone to ensure maximum client experience and client satisfaction with all work performed.• Manage Multiple Electronic Discovery Projects: manage multiple projects simultaneously, from pre-sale client consultation, through project completion.• Develop Tailored Technology Solutions: recommend technology solutions specifically tailored to meet client’s needs, from early case forensic examination and collection tools, to review platforms appropriate for the project’s scope and timeline.• Coordinate with Support Staff: maintain close communication with ESI analysts and engineers to ensure all data is properly processed, formatted, hosted and produced in accordance with client’s needs.
