• Responsible for the maintenance and optimization of 120 active wells in multiple fields throughout the Gulf Coast Basin in Texas & Louisiana• Provide well surveillance on a day-to-day basis using available data to meet production and financial targets • Coordinate and lead monthly field reviews of well performance and chemical expenditures to improve operational and cost efficiency • Review candidates for artificial lift optimization, create procedures and execute projects while tracking cost• Track lease operating expenses and monitor all field invoices to determine cost saving opportunities• Collaborate with land and regulatory personnel to ensure compliance with EHS policies and regulatory agencies• Coordinate daily field work with field superintendents and lease operators

• Responsible for the design, planning, and execution of automated managed pressure drilling (MPD) operations domestically and internationally• Develop project specific managed pressure drilling and well control operations procedures for integration with the client’s drilling operation procedures• Perform detailed rig surveys and generate piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID) for implementation of MPD operations with offshore and onshore drilling rigs• Conduct in-depth engineering studies to analyze drilling window, flow modeling, and surge and swab effect• Responsible for all MPD operations at the rig site from a technical operations, and safety stand point• Represent managed pressure drilling team in HAZOP/HAZID sessions to assess and mitigate the risks associated with MPD operations• Coordinate with project supervisor to prepare MPD packages for shipment to and installation on each rig in a timely and efficient manner• Provide pre-job and on-site training to client, drilling contractor, and third party personnel

• Responsible for all MPD operations at the rig site from a technical, operations, and safety stand point• Planned, supervised, and performed post-job analysis on the first automated MPD well for a new Canadian client, which led to a multiple well package for Weatherford• Trained engineers and well site supervisors in Canada on the Microflux Control System (Weatherford’s automated MPD system) while acting as wellsite engineer• Acted as on-site engineer and supervised managed pressure drilling operations for a multiple well offshore project in Trinidad & Tobago • Assisted with the development of procedures and permits for onshore and offshore managed pressure drilling projects• Trained field operators and new engineers how to operate the Microflux Control System and perform managed pressure drilling

• Received exposure to all aspects of pressure pumping including surface, intermediate, and production casing cementing, balanced plugs, squeeze jobs, gravel packing, and general pumping jobs• Designed cement slurries and wrote proposals for customers individually and with senior engineers• Communicated with customers to design slurries, schedule jobs, and perform follow up on cement jobs• Read caliper logs before jobs in order to identify wash-out zones and calculate volumes• Scheduled equipment and crews for jobs and provided real-time troubleshooting for crews• Supervised pressure pumping operations at drilling and workover rigs for oil, gas, and water wells throughout Texas and Louisiana
