I have an extensive amount of customer service experience. I have been working in the hospitality industry since I was sixteen years old. I am bilingual in English and Spanish. Some of my skills include the ability to perform in a high-level stress environment while multitasking as well as being a fast-paced learner. A strong trait of mine is being able to efficiently and effectively complete tasks. Since the age of sixteen I have worked and attended school at the same time which has molded me into being a hard-working individual. I have an associate degree in liberal arts and a bachelor's degree in psychology.
