• Management of a 15 projects' portfolio (with 3 to 37 partners): timeline (GANTT, PERT), deliverables, milestones, quality, performance, reporting: make templates, send them in anticipation of deadlines, remind the tasks to each stakeholder, send reminders, check the conformity and quality of the tasks and reports carried out, administrative, financial and legal support;• Risk management: risk identification with proposed risk-mitigation measures (brainstorming, SWOT analysis, expert judgment), monitoring and control;• Budget management (from 1 to €14M): propose a coherent budget, allocate budgets to each of the partners, check expenses, readjust the budget according to the work carried out, check conformity;• Networking and lobbying at the European Commission and the French Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation, search for partners;• Aix-Marseille University laboratories contact point in the health field and neurosciences: individual and collective meetings to identify needs, proposal of specific calls for projects and projects writing;• Writing and co-writing parts of project proposals: impacts, critical risks, project management, quality and efficiency of the implementation, work plan and resources, communication, dissemination and engagement...• Implementation of the standard ISO 9001 Quality management systems;• Design and implementation of process.

• Management of two European projects involving 15 partners and a total budget of €3 million each (timeline, milestones, deliverables, budget, risk, internal and external communication, negotiation of contracts with partners);• Creation of templates to facilitate and harmonize project documents (reports, deliverables, posters, presentations...);• Creation and coordination of the recruitment process of 15 doctoral students across 12 countries, reception of recruited persons (support for administrative issues and integration);• In charge of writing and updating articles for project websites on WordPress;• Organization and facilitation of project meetings in Santiago, Edinburgh, Amsterdam, San Francisco, Berlin, Cargèse and Paris;• Co-creation of a science workshop for the Paris' science festival (500 attendees).
