As a Planning Administrator at City of Carmel since 2007, I have been leading and managing the planning and zoning functions of the city, contributing to the development and implementation of the comprehensive plan, the zoning ordinance, and the Climate Action Plan. I have also been collaborating with various stakeholders, such as developers, engineers, architects, attorneys, residents, and elected officials, to ensure the quality and sustainability of the city's growth and development. With over 16 years of experience in urban planning, I have acquired multiple certifications, such as AICP and LEED AP, and developed skills in areas such as site plan review, PUD review, variance analysis, and public engagement. My core competencies include project management, communication, and problem-solving. I am passionate about creating livable, sustainable, vibrant, and resilient communities that reflect the values and goals of the people who live and work in them.
