Analyzing freezing properties of cyanobacteria from Antarctic sea-surface microlayer samples to understand cloud dynamics and improve climate models.- Improved setups to conduct droplet freezing point and melting point experiments in order to determine the presence of Ice Nucleating Particles (INPs) and their nature. - Put together a team of researchers across departments and developers to build a MatLab script to automate video processing and data analysis. The script is still actively in use by the research group and led to multiple publications as well as further collaboration between departments.
