I would take orders and bring food and drink to the table. This included preparing and pouring drinks myself. I would occasionally manage take-out by taking orders on the phone, processing payment and packing bag. Overall the greatest part of the job was sharing a good attitude and making sure every client was having a good time! I especially enjoyed when we had party reservations!

I welcomed clients and sat them down while maintaining seating rotation of server’s sections. I also worked in take out where I would take orders at the cash or over the phone, and offered cash service at the moment of payment. Additionally I had to pack bags of condiments and such according to the orders. Cleaning duties were also done at the end of the night.

Position included staying at the library after school hours and be available to help any student. Different students required help with various subjects for which comprehension was needed from my end. I would make students feel safe and confident in their efforts to master their classes and stay motivated.
