Scheduling appointments for eight dealerships in the auto group. Contact customers to follow up on service experience. Making outbound sales call to schedule recommend work from the last visit. File repair order work and keep documentation of pertinent information. Served as an Appointment coordinator for 1 year.Working as a communication line between customers and technician. Informing customers of technicians’ findings and proving information on what repair will entail. Advising customers what maintenance is due on their vehicle and other findings that may arise. Taking information on parts and labor times to provide an estimation on repairs. Served as an adviser for 7 months. Employed with West Hills Ford & Heartland Toyota.
