As part of the PDP program, I had the opportunity to rotate through five teams at Niagara including my home team of Program Management. I spent 8 weeks in Logistics Operations working cross-functionally with our Accounts Payable team, while also learning Oracle EBS, OTM, and Service CloudAfterwards, I rotated with our production team at Rialto where I learned first-hand what it takes to run our beverage production lines, working 12-hour shifts. I then spent some time in our Brand Customer Service Team where I helped develop tools to enhance the team’s efficiency and better understand our customer’s needs. Finally, I worked on one of our low acid aseptic Supply Chain Planning teams to gain insight on the planning process and assisted in developing production schedules.

Developed educational materials to create a better understanding of PepsiCo manufacturing processes. Collaborated across departments to update Operational Customer Playbook to ensure better contract visibility. Utilized Smartsheet and Office Timeline to display production schedules in a visually appealing and dynamic way.

Facilitate correspondences and organize logistical details with faculty, Honors students, and university alumni.Conduct interviews to learn more about different members of the Honors community, and to inspire current and future Honors students at Cal State Fullerton.Collaborate with Podcast team members to develop strategies for the betterment of the podcast.

Assembled legal documents such as trusts, wills, and durable powers of attorney. Updated current and past client records to make files available electronically. Created a database system to easily access client information. Scheduled meetings, document signings, and consultations between the attorney and clients through phone calls, emails, and in person correspondences.
