As a medical receptionist at Ear, Nose & Throat Center, I provide excellent customer service, administrative support, and patient care. I handle phone calls, appointments, insurance verification, billing, and medical records, using my skills in First Aid and Microsoft Office. I also assist the doctors and nurses with patient intake, vitals, and procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort.I am passionate about helping others and learning new things, which motivated me to pursue the fast track program at Walsh College to get my Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Human Resources. I have an expected completion date of May 2025, and I have already earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Macomb Community College.
