As the Assistant Director of Fitness at the University of North Texas, I lead and mentor a dynamic team of group fitness instructors, personal trainers, and weight room staff, ensuring they deliver top-quality service and experiences for our community. I’m passionate about helping others achieve their health and fitness goals, whether through personal training, group fitness classes, or professional development for my staff.With years of experience teaching a wide variety of group fitness classes, including, Pilates, Strength, and Cardio sessions, and working with athletes to improve flexibility and recovery, I bring a well-rounded approach to fitness. I’m also a certified CPR instructor, providing essential life-saving skills to fitness professionals and others in our community. In addition to my work at UNT, I’m a fitness coach at F45, where I continue to help clients reach their full potential.Looking ahead, my goal is to one day own my own business in the fitness industry and create a network of wellness professionals who can collaborate and provide a holistic approach to health and fitness.
