Responsible for assisting the Leasing Director with Leasing and Marketing duties including document/commission tracking and transmittals, data entry, tenant move-in's/move-out's, vacant space inventory, tenant and broker events; accounts receivable including preparation of tenant billings for special work requests, construction and other charges, monthly reconciliation of petty cash, rent roll, cleanable square footages, preparation of monthly accounting and quarterly leasing reports to ownership; upkeep of lease filing and organization of file storage; customer service duties including assisting with answering phones.

Property Administrator October 1998 – November 2007Responsible for assisting the Management, Leasing & Engineering Team in all administrative aspects necessary for the efficient operation and management of the building(s) including customer relations, secretarial support, data entry, accounts payable, tenant move-in's and move-out's; maintain and monthly update Emergency Response Manual of all employee and tenant emergency contact information; preparation of tenant billings for special work requests and other charges, monthly maintenance of tenant and vendor Certificates of Insurance, Building Conference Center, filing, answering phones and mail distribution.
