Current projects include:• Advising on social, economic and environmental value of San Francisco Bay Area properties at risk of sea level rise and stormwater flooding, and associated funding strategies. • Providing strategic advice, stakeholder assessment and policy research to international organizations supporting cities to access financing for low-carbon, climate resilient infrastructure.

• Responsible for the Global Urban Solutions practice related to climate change and urban policy, governance and strategy, including overseeing analytical and administrative staff.• Led climate change strategy across infrastructure, energy and mining sectors. • Projects included: advised on financing and implementation strategy for Bay Area Resilient By Design team (Hassell+) and related follow-on projects; producing recommendations to the OECD and GIZ on tracking subnational climate investment; and advising the Port of Long Beach on their grant funding strategy for sustainability programs.

• Created a framework for applying principles of subnational public investment to low-carbon, climate resilient infrastructure (including water, sewer and stormwater), and produced five case studies. • Conducted a multi-country analysis of best practices for integrating national housing, spatial and transport policies for report to the Global Commission on Economy and Climate. • Produced comparative assessment of national urban policies in OECD member countries as part of report to the European Commission.

• Managed the multi-year OECD Green Cities Programme and led research projects from design to delivery, including seeking project funding, administering project budgets, supervising analytical and support staff, and contracting with external consultants.• Led team development activities, mentored junior staff, and coordinated hiring processes. Participated in organization-wide initiatives to improve internal management, increase funding and foster professional development opportunities for junior staff.• Provided actionable policy recommendations to decision makers in national, state, regional and local governments on how to improve both environmental performance and economic growth. Supported youth voter outreach efforts with media partners, which resulted in database of 40,000 registered voters used in national study evaluating strategies to increase youth voter turnout.
