I always wondered what an outgoing, highly motivated, competitive and logic driven person could do for a career in the world. The answer is, anything she wants.My career in sales has taught me how to develop strong collaboration and partnerships with clients, tailoring not only practical sales approaches to meet expectations, but design comprehensive programs to achieve desired customer relations and profits. As a Regional Manager I managed multiple states by guiding distributor partners in meeting marketing expectations, establishing effective programs that approach the whole market with a 360 degree view. Every player has a need, and something else that I need to say about how I cleverly make everyone participate in the same cause to reach a goal, not so subtly implying that I am a natural leader. Other qualities that are significant are my unique brand of logical, efficient and utilitarian creativity focused on problem solving utilizing collaboration. Also I'd like to mention that I'm driven and have real tenacity. While attention is given searching for those who can hang on when times are tough, showing grit, I keep pushing forward, trying different angles to discover new opportunities, not mearly grinning and bearing the hard times. By embracing my challenges I move through them. When the challenges get tougher I dig in my heals, prioritize, focus and find communal support. I have other qualities that are useful in my ambitions to learn and grow; namely my ability to write, my love of a work environment that changes and is challenging, my talent for public speaking, and my enthusiam in analyzing data for patterns that can open new opportunities.If you are so lucky to be reading this mini bio with a bombastic beginning that reads like a damn thesaurus and ends with a thin outline of a checklist of talking points, I appreciate in advance your humor for things left in progress.
