Package Handler:As a package handler I had to learn to be precise and accurate in a fast paced environment. I would scan packages into trucks and load them in. I would have to place the packages in the proper areas of the trucks. As I was one of the older package handlers, I would take initiative to train some of the newer package handlers. When my manager is absent. I would occasionally run the operations and make sure everything is running smoothly. If I see a fellow co-worker struggling I would do everything in my power to help them out. When problems occurred I would think of solutions to better the situation that was at hand. As a Package Handler I was able to gain leadership and problem-solving skill. I was also able to learn to be precise and accurate doing a job in a fast paced environment. I was able to learn communication and collaboration skills with certain situations, which allowed us to find better solutions to problems.
