Accenture Project Experience: North American Utility - Electric & GasIT Program Lead, April 2013 - January 2016 - IT Program Lead responsible for system enhancements to support a Gas Smart Meter deployment of over 500,000 meters. Enhancements involved changes to 5 different IT systems and integration with an external vendor. - Led the IT team through the Software Development Lifecycle, including requirements definition, design, development, testing, and deployment.
