I provide senior care management services to clients throughout the DFW area. In this role I serve as a guide for family members to establish best practices in caring for their loved one as they age. I can assist in identifying the need for a consultation with particular auxiliary health services and coordinate care with multiple providers. As the Client Care Manager, my core responsibilities could be broken down into five main clusters - client acquisition, client retention, marketing, operations, and special projects. I trained, coached, and coordinated with a team of internal staff, external vendors, and senior health care partners to help a new franchise become a leader in their market. I successfully cultivated and managed relationships with key accounts and generated word-of-mouth client referrals through loyalty activities with clients. I was able to maintain a 70% prospect conversion rate and 98% client satisfaction score. My prior experience as a caregiver, coupled with my desire to grow and share my knowledge, allowed me to provide crucial team support in the building and sustaining of a professional, well-trained caregiving staff. The special project I chose to implement was a public relations program. I worked with local media and community relations to publish articles promoting agency events and partnerships to educate the community on the agency's events and capabilities.
