As a Supervisor, I am responsible for supervising the day-to-day front line cage activities. Most importantly, I am responsible for ensure complete compliance with the Pokagon Band Gaming Commission's regulations. I oversee my employees compliance with all U.S. Title 31/Bank Secrecy Act regulations, and correct what needs to be adjust to ensure complete compliance. I am responsible for the balancing of cash drawers, cash deposits, staffing levels, hiring, and training. This position also requires instructing employees on excellent customer service techniques and ensuring positive inter-departmental relationships. As a supervisor, I am my employees first line of contact when going up the chain of command with issues, and am responsible for following-up on any issues that may arise.

As a Dual Rate Cage Supervisor, I completed duties as a cashier, main banker, and supervisor on any given day. This required a lot of flexibility and adjusting. I completed basic cashier functions such as cash advances, cashing out gaming instruments, and completing advances on casing credit lines. I was also responsible for main bank activities such as ensure the amount of cassettes for the ATM's in the casino were at par, even exchanges were completed, and venue employees/internal guests received the required bank to complete their daily jobs. While in the Supervisory role, I was responsible for assisting the Cashiers and Main Bankers whenever possible, assisting with guest disputes, and finding solutions to daily department issues.
