I have also developed an ACO web portal with the ability to receive and manage beneficiary assignments issued by CMS.I studied at the Higher Polytechnic Institute “Jose Antonio Echevarria” in Havana City, Cuba where I received a Master’s Degree in Computer Science in 2007. My main focus of study was ‘Software Engineering’ and ‘Database Design’. As a Professor of Computer Science at the University I led many important projects including the “Cuban University Management System” and also served as the architect of the information system “Data Warehouse of the Ministry of Higher Education of Cuba.
