• Oversee the team, strategy, and execution of a multimillion-dollar budget for all paid social campaigns.• Manage a team of 5 Marketing Coordinators who execute the day-to-day management of our lead gen campaigns.• Hire and train new Marketing Coordinators on all aspects of campaign management, including training on platforms, how to manage and optimize campaigns, and reporting.• Process monthly invoices from our advertising partners and generate accruals to be submitted to our internal accounting department.• Establish and maintain a knowledge database of all marketing processes and training material related to the Paid Social team.• Collaborate with internal creative department to develop new assets including creative, copy, and landing pages.• Spearhead testing of any new platforms, ad types, campaign structures or strategies.

• Creation, optimization and reporting of paid advertising on Facebook, Instagram, Google Display and Google Search.• Gathering of campaign data and generation of regular performance and quality reporting.• Researching keywords and placements for both expansion and relevancy refinements.• Develop a knowledge of prospective student audiences and relevant educational offerings.
