• Identifies and develops new business relationships, while continuously growing prior relationships• Expert in all things OTT, targeted email acquisition, streaming audio services, SEO/SEM website development, display and video advertising, social media advertising, etc. • Identify client/agency needs and develop marketing proposals to meet needs and opportunities• Strategize and develop branded social campaigns based on client goals. • Work synergistically with design and web teams to oversee campaign tasks and meet deadlines.• Keep current on industry trends and social media best practices and implement tactics into marketing strategies while updating/educating agency team and clients.• Manage on-air and social influencer research, outreach, and contract negotiation with brands.• Track and monitor reporting software such as Facebook Business Manager, Pathmatics, and Media Monitors monthly organic social and broadcast check-ins while making live tweaks.• Utilize display pixel tracking and work with web team to extract insights from website analytics.

• Assist promotions and marketing departments with daily activities that promote the station(s), clients, or events via social media and/or digital media• Captures photography and videography for select iHeartMedia events• Coordinates and attends client meetings with seller and sales managers as needed to plan events and event logistics• Update station websites and communicates with listeners/contest winners; prepares contest rules, waivers, and release forms for on-air, digital, social media, and other contests• Coordinate/Oversee on-site appearances, remotes, and events• Create monthly social media content calendars across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube.• Utilize social publishing tools such as Social Flow to schedule content adhering to posting best practices.• Act as a community manager across all social platforms with consistent monitoring.
