I have 7+ years of experience in customer service and 3 years of experience in the music industry.Currently, I'm at Wasserman Music in the accounting department as part of the Music Settlement Staff team.Previously, I worked at Ravinia Music Festival as an Assistant Production Coordinator, supporting and coordinating over 40 shows within 14 weeks by assisting in creating the master operations schedule, overseeing production assistants, coordinating hospitality, serving as an on-site contact for artists and artist management, and managing the rotating inventories per artist's riders. Prior to that, I was a Sales Associate at The Music Shoppe, where I rented musical instruments to new musicians and sold musical instruments to trained musicians, looking to step-up from student level instruments to intermediate or professional level instruments.Graduated from Illinois State University in 2020 with a B.S. in Music Business. Recently completed a Music Supervision course taught by Brienne Rose of Noise/Racket.
