Design and develop a J2EE framework for data persistence applying J2EE design patterns. Created a code generator to generate Data Access Objects (DAO's) for persistence, to generate Data Transfer Objects ( DTO's) and Value Objects, with the implementation of our own J2EE framework we are able to set standards in our application development; knowing that J2EE applications are complex and most of the times tend to contain excessive amount of unmanaged code, with the adoption of our own J2EE framework developers are concentrated only in the business logic of the application any non business requirement is handled by the framework for example opening and closing a database connection. Also developing our own framework avoid the use of repetitive code for transaction process and code review and bug fixing is really easy because all the application follow the same coding standards.
