As a Workforce Management consultant, I work with ADP clients over 50 employees who are looking to improve compliance, increase productivity, and reduce labor costs across the RUN, WFN, and Next Gen payroll platforms.I work as an internal partner for 4 sales teams to provide intel, conduct processes, and speak with clients.

My responsibilities include:-Answering voicemails, emails, and notes about sales inquiries-Create contracts for upcoming group reservations and meeting room reservations-Establish a following for the hotel's Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram accounts-Complete daily variance reports to show variance to hotel's budget-Respond to reviews on Google+, Trip Advisor, Booking.com, and other outlets

My responsibilities include assisting guests upon check in and making sure that the guest is satisfied throughout the duration of their stay.

I work with the bands on making sure they are satisfied and have everything they need. I'm also in charge of running merchandise and providing the venue with the correct cut of merchandise profit. Most shows, I work door as well, taking tickets and money as people enter the show.

My work at Kmart started as a retail cashier, after a few weeks I was moved to assist in floor merchandising where I helped replenish products and assist shoppers in Electronics, Layaway and home products.

My responsibilities included calling alumni to update information in the college's system as well as asking for donations to help maintain college functionality.

Assisted senior counselors with daily arts&crafts activities and created crafts for future lessons.
