- Processed 681 new feed requests and 1433 account addition requests for active ACD feeds for over 1000 Black Diamond firms in 2022- Working with Interface Managers and Advent Subscriber Requests team to gather necessary info (feed name, source file types, mapping requirements, eligibility, documentation reqs, etc.) to set up new ACD interfaces on Black Diamond- Ensuring all new accounts received each day come onsite to the correct firm/instance- Processing historical recon batches as necessary- Assisting in data moves (moving routing codes, turning off/on new feeds, etc.)- Researching SQL custodial files to resolve breaks in data and collaborating with DSS, Black Diamond ops, DSR, Product, and Service teams to research and re-establish accounts/feeds as needed- Managing the shared ACD Authorization inbox in outlook- Case management for the ACD Authorization salesforce queue- Managing feed conversions on the Black Diamond site including researching and confirming impacted firms; coordinating with BD Data Auth and Implementation Specialist team to gather paperwork from the firms when necessary; coding new routing codes; working with ops teams to merge/translate accounts; and flipping on new feeds and flipping off old feeds for the impacted firms- Assisting service team, ops, and prod in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and researching issues/questions concerning ACD feeds- Meeting with Black Diamond and Advent teams to provide guidance and input on processes impacted by ACD feeds- Collaborating with multiple internal and external teams to improve processes, resolve issues, etc.- Reviewing all paperwork for completion and accuracy when submitting requests- Reviewing all new accounts, routing codes, etc. in an effort to prevent data breaches- Creating training documents and updating/creating Tettra articles to aid in data auth processes for the Data Auth and Implementation teams
